I was appalled at the customer service by one of the staff at the reception desk, my appointment was for 16.05, I was running a bit late (approx 2 mins) then there was a 5 minute queue with only that one lady serving people. When I got to the front of the queue she then proceeded to tell me ' im late and the time is 16.12' as opposed to apologizing for the long queue. I thought her manner was very rude and underminding and told her that I did not need to have my eye test done with Boots if this is how I will be treated. I did not get her name but the optician who carried out my eyetest knows who she is.
