I was helped by Amisha (the optometrist) who was excellent. She explained each test she was doing and why. I was also helped by Natalie W. She was training and was new to her role, she explained, but I wouldn't have known! She was confident and professional throughout. Great team of people who are really friendly and take any stress out of your eye test!

I was very impressed with the optician (Reenal Ria) and the quality of service provided by the other staff. I was particularly pleased that they arranged for the retrospective completion of a form to permit me to claim the cost of the eye test and glasses back from my employer. My only suggestion for improvement would be the provision of air conditioning within the branch. It was stiflingly hot on the days that I visited, although the room where the eye test was undertaken was cooler.

Miss Reenal Pabari was the optician. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a very comprehensive set of tests and was completely satisfied with the outcome. Emily was her assistant. She was very helpful, taking a lot of time to ensure that I got the frames and lenses that I need and did all the necessary measurements. One frame was out of stock but as there was a similar to use for sizing, after a bit of investigation, she found exactly what I was looking for at another branch. Peter checked her results in order to ensure that nothing had been missed. It hadn't! All in all, an excellent team that Boots should be proud of.
