Miss Reenal Pabari was the optician. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a very comprehensive set of tests and was completely satisfied with the outcome. Emily was her assistant. She was very helpful, taking a lot of time to ensure that I got the frames and lenses that I need and did all the necessary measurements. One frame was out of stock but as there was a similar to use for sizing, after a bit of investigation, she found exactly what I was looking for at another branch. Peter checked her results in order to ensure that nothing had been missed. It hadn't! All in all, an excellent team that Boots should be proud of.
