My test was in July but I'm usually late responding!!! I was examined by Aalia who perfprmed the best examination that I've ever had - and I'm no spring chicken!! Her attitude, application and thoroughness were excellent. I was comfortable, relaxed and almost sorry when it was over. Aalia has a terrific, warm and friendly personality without being patronising. Her 1-to-1 with clients is worthy of 11/10. The results when receiving my new spec's was perfect; obviously the result of the excellent diagnostic treatment given by Aalia. Overall, Boots provided excellent treatment/service and Aalia is truely a major assett to them. Thank you.
