I am very pleased with bedford boots opticians. They found a tumour behind my eyes on a routine test and after having this removed (recently) I went back as I had problems with double vision in my left eye, I only went in to ask advice about wearing a patch over my bad eye but boots did more than I expected and did a full routine I am being referred again to moorfields at bedford hospital. The opticians explained what she was doing and why she had to do it. I'll never go anywhere else but boots they saved my eyesight and for that I am eternally grateful.

Excellent service, I couldn't fault. All staff polite and extremely helpful, they are all a credit to their employer.

Staff must give the impression of being busy even when not. This means assisting customers, ensuring shop floor is tidy and not standing around idle talking about new years eve party. That said, my assistant was very friendly attentive and charming and didn't keeping me waiting. The optometrists was very professional, clear and concise.

Experience was fine once started, but I had a 20 minute wait before any procedure was commenced, having arrived on time for my appointment.
