I was particularly impressed with Ella at the Bedford outlet - the Polish customer services adviser. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely articulate (more than some English native speakers) and invaluable in helping me narrow down my choice of glasses. I initially picked 10 pairs and with her professional and personal opinion, I narrowed them down to two within 5 minutes and purchased both. I will certainly recommend Ella to anyone wishing to have the benefit of a professional yet attentive adviser. Her personal input as to the look of the glasses was spot-on. A great deal of courtesy and care, was exhibited by a very helpful friendly Laura in selecting my latest frames for style and fit, plus measuring the same to be fitted with varifocal lens. I was extremely impressed. This also extended to the back up available (Elle) who was involved in the routine cross checking of the measurements and Derick for getting the second pair (sun glasses) frame to properly work with the lens. I felt comfortable throughout. Having been introduced to Essilor lens (Physio 2.0) many years ago by Boots for my glasses I cannot recommend these lens enough for their excellence in all round improved clarity of varifocal vision. In my opinion strongly recommended. An all round great experience today from a superb team. Thank You. I look forward to collecting them on 28/1/2017
