Had a very thorough eye test and everything was explained well in detail. I am totally satisfied with my eye test but I wouldn't say the same when it came to choosing glasses. Buying glasses is not like buying dresses and some customers do take time to choose what they want. Even though it wasn't expressed directly but as a customer I felt like I was a difficult customer so had to decide on something which I am not sure I am fully satisfied with. I would suggest it would be much easier if a customer can try some glasses on themselves rather than having to depend on the sales person. Sometimes you feel you are annoying the other person when you are not happy with what you are trying on. If the glasses are locked away then the sales person can be more friendly, professional and assuring in their approach.

Boots have provided a fantastic service. All members of staff are helpful, friendly, approachable and professional. They have been patient to explain and show me different ways to get the most simplest method for contact lense application and extraction. The direct debit scheme works well and eve. When I could not get to the store to pick up the first delivery, they sent on to a store where I happened to be working at the time.
