Staff were very polite and helpful. I paid £25 for my eye test and on arrival home found in the post a voucher for a free eye test had arrived. Very annoying as it means I'd paid out when I needn't have. Especially as the glasses will cost £450. I would have been more impresssed if when I'd arrived it was in the computer system that I had a valid free eye test waiting for me
