My son had his eye test "on time" the dispenser Ema was extremely helpful & made his visit very enjoyable as well as extremely knowledgable & professional explaining many aspects of pros/cons! Very nice attitude to work & felt like we had a very personal service , lovely lady. Thankyou.

All staff explained each process of the eye test to me and were friendly and polite. I would especially like to thank Ella who helped me choose my frames and talked me through all the different options for my lenses. She was so friendly, patient and helpful and explained everything. I really felt that she genuinely wanted me to find the best glasses for me, which I believe I have, so a big thank you to Ella!

All the staff were polite, helpful, and professional. I was impressed by the level of the technology available and felt that it was good value for money. Although I had been sent a voucher for a free eye test, I would have been prepared to pay.
