Didn't explain the delay in appt times at front desk when I arrived you had a fire drill the young lady who did all the checks and after the spot was very helpful gave some great advise on glasses also notice my current pair of glass were lose and sorted that out without any promt from my self all in all very please with the whole service
Left waiting a long time when collecting glasses. Staff do not seem very organised.
Firstly Emma was extremely helpful after another member of staff and forgot to save my new bank details resulting in me having no contact lenses. Emma went above and beyond to help me and really wish more people in customer services were as helpful. Debbie was also extremely helpful and explained everything she was doing. Fantastic service 10/10
I was given clear advice on my cataracts and all,my questions answered.
Disappointed Robin is moving to Milton Keynes....but happy to travel to MK for my next appointment because he has improved my vision and I would want to continue having appointments and eye care with him. I am also very happy with the contact lense postal service.
