Debbie was really lovely, took me as a walk in customer. I did not have my glasses with me so she checked that she had spare contact lenses in my prescription. And she I'm proved my vision. Excellent.

The lady who dealt with my replacement glasses was very pleasant, friendly and efficient. Unlike what is usually the case at Boots, I was not kept waiting for ages!
