I went for a contact lens check as I received a letter in the post to say it was overdue and I would no longer receive my contact lenses to my home address. I had arranged an eye check at Bedford opticians some months back and when I arrived I was sent away as I was told it wasn’t due - why did they let me book it in the first placethen?! On leaving my contact lens check with a toddler, I realised I should have checked with Boots that my contact lenses would now go to home... so I called the store and spoke to someone who said, No, they wouldn’t be because now my eye check was overdue and she had no idea why that hadn’t been picked up during my contact lens check. So then I had to make another appt to come back to town with a toddler for a second appt that I’d been sent away from the first time around. I would leave Boots opticians if it didn’t involve lots of hassle and paperwork. Not impressed with the Bedford Boots opticians in any respect.
