I was particularly impressed with Ella at the Bedford outlet - the Polish customer services adviser. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely articulate (more than some English native speakers) and invaluable in helping me narrow down my choice of glasses. I initially picked 10 pairs and with her professional and personal opinion, I narrowed them down to two within 5 minutes and purchased both. I will certainly recommend Ella to anyone wishing to have the benefit of a professional yet attentive adviser. Her personal input as to the look of the glasses was spot-on.
