I went for my check up having been sent reminder. I had a concern which I told the consultant about. The consultant Sofia Rafiq was extremely diligent with her examination and was unhappy that she could not test as well as she wanted and asked me to come back for drops to dilate the pupils and let her make an even more extensive investigation. This I did and yet again Sofia was very thorough. She gave me her opinion on what glasses I needed and why and because of her attention I felt very confident in taking her advice. I then had excellent help from Wendy Hurst in selecting the right frames and lenses for my prescription. This was exemplary service.
