Your bedford brand I am sorry to say is very slow, staff good but there seems to be alot staff avaliable but unfortunately don't help. I will give u one example: Went to pick my son's glasses up at ten to three. My appointment was 3.20 for myself, jus a eye test which I expected to take around 50 minutes, by the time I had my test, my son collected his glasses it took jus under two hours. I didn't choose my glasses as I was quite fed-up being in there so long'. You have so many staff but they seem to be doing work on the computer, which I think compared to other places, the customer should really come first. I was so fed-up that half way through I had to tell the member of staff that I will choose my glasses another day. I also spoke to a gentleman waiting to be seen and he also said the only thing wrong here in boots is the staff are very slow.
