nothing to be improved, the team were very courteous and professionally, especially MISS GAGANDEEP MATHARU and KAREN. This was my first eye test by MISS MATHARU(she was recommended to me by my husband) and i found her absolutely lovely, she explained everything, nothing was too much trouble, i would also say the same for KAREN, I have seen KAREN many times,( which includes my husband). karen was recommended to us by a friend, who thought she gave outstanding service, so on our many visits for a eye test, we all always requested her, as we all so found her a credit to Boots.
