Excellent service from start to finish. I booked online which was easy and convenient to do with only a few days' notice. Every member of staff today was helpful, friendly and made sure that I understood everything they were doing. I really couldn't fault the customer care today - outstanding! Thank you to Laura (pre-exam), Badar (optometrist) and Stef (dispenser) for your care and attention to detail. Now I'm looking forward to getting my new glasses!
