Really good welcome from staff, they listened to my answers to initial questions before eye test & were able to introduce optometrist and brief her what I was visiting boots for. optometrist brilliant, really took time to talk to me throughout eye examination. took good care of explaining & discussing options suitable for my requirements. suggested options for my lenses I wouldn't have known available,then briefed advisor what kind of glasses she had recommended for me so that advisor able to show me & give me information on prices.
