Nothing at all

Following the examination the gentleman took great care and time to explain the lense options that was really usefu, he was excellent. I felt the initial tests before seeing the optometrist were rushed and no explaination of what the tests were for. When booking the appointment the lady answering the phone was very surly at best and made me feel like I shouldn’t have been asking for an appointment. As I was on my own it was difficult to decide on which frames suited me, a stylist advisor would have been a nice touch.

Very satisfied with the care I was give . One minor point was that an engineer was servicing the machines . Thought this could have been performed outside shop hours

While the care until my daughters appointment yesterday was first class, I was extremely disappointed yesterday when both the optician and trainee customer service assistant seemed both incompetent with the later seeming to have little to no knowledge of the terms and conditions of the contact lens reward scheme! Had her supervisor not eventually intervened I would not have signed up for the scheme at all!
