Karen was the most caring nurse I have ever met she made me feel so relaxed and I would always go back to Karen if she'd have me back. Lot's of love to Karen from a very grateful patient. Thank you.

Karen Parkinson was very caring, understanding & helpful. She explained my condition & the procedure clearly and concisely. I never felt embarrassed despite the sensitive nature of the problem. The investigation was carried out quickly and efficiently. The results were explained to my wife and I in manner we could easily understand.

Karen Parkinson, the Urology advanced nurse practitioner, explained herself to me in very, clear, concise & very caring manner. Her attitude was extremely pleasant. At no time did I feel embarassed about this sensitive problem. She proceeded with an internal examination. She then explained her findings in a language that my wife and I clearly understood. She proceeded to advise me of the next action that will take place.

Car parking! No spaces, and the pricing system where you pay on entry for a set number of hours is unsuitable when you don't know how long you are going to be there.

The standard of care could not be faulted, especially the willingness to carefully explain and discuss available options, and to take on board my own views, when the examination revealed that there was something amiss. The follow-up letter received was an accurate account of what took place and the preferences I expressed at the time. As I requested, she had also sought advice from medical colleagues on my behalf, and presented their response in terms which I could easily understand. I cannot suggest any improvement, as my experience was completely satisfactory.
