Andrew is very professional and thorough. Help and advice was available on all aspects of my stoma care.
As mentioned earlier in the questionnaire. Andrew is an all round good egg.

I'm glad you felt comfortable enough to ask what you needed to. It is important that there is a relaxed atmosphere during the consultation. Thanks for sharing.
I first met Andrew Bird 5yrs ago in hospital after my Stoma operation .. now I have been talking him again after 5yrs , he listens and no question is too much trouble for him to answer.. I find him very reassuring.
Thank you for leaving this feedback. I do enjoy catching up with people I met years ago. I'm glad you felt reassured by the consultation.
Nothing to improve. As stated in my main review, Andrew Bird is an outstanding nurse, who couldn't have been more helpful. This is what I wrote about him in the main review:
Andrew Bird with NAMS was and has been incredibly helpful, has vast knowledge re stoma, he explained things really well and took the time to make sure I had got what I needed out of the appointment.
Andrew Bird has given me invaluable support and advice, and I can't praise him highly enough! You and we really are lucky to have him working for the NHS.
Wow, what a glowing review, thank you so much for your lovely words. It really means a lot to me.
