Over the past month I have had a face to face consultation with Andy (NAMS) and a video consultation with Lynn and would like to say what an excellent service they provided working with me to get the help I required and put my needs first, thank you guys
That's great, thank you - its really good to hear that the service we provide as a team has helped you, and that we have done this both face to face and via video consultation.
no improvement needed. as everything was top class.
Thank you, its great to hear such positive feedback.
Lynne made me feel very much at ease and comfortable. I don't think the care she gave me could be improved.
Thank you for your review, its great to know that you felt so at ease. Always here to help!
very happy with the video call. Lyn gave me confidence to confide very easily and answer any questions
Thank you very much for the feedback, very pleased to be able to help in this way.
Displayed a ability to think and act outside ot the box . Any improvement in the care would be so small it would not be noticeable .I have nothing but praise for this lady .
This is lovely to read. Thank you for taking the time to share with us.
