Lynne was patient and helped me to gain confidence in myself to realise I was coping very well. She also gave useful advice too.

Lynne listened and was efficient and very pleasant. All of this was conveyed via two telephone conversations..
She telephoned me to confirm her actions in the referral she was making in order to get new equipment to which I was entitled. Very pleased with the service in these difficult Covid times.
Thank you for your comments. These are indeed difficult times but it is important that care is still delivered efficiently, and I am pleased I was able to help you this way.
Prompt and excellent response.
