I have never had such wonderful care before. Anna was patient and explained the precedure thoroughly and I felt a she was so considerate of my feelings the whole time. I felt informed and respected and she protected my dignity at all times. She was fantastic and reassuring - a much needed comfort during a scary time!

I attended clinic for a colposcopy and was obviously feeling slightly anxious. However I was seen almost immediately and Anna instantly made me feel at ease and explained very clearly what my smear results had shown and how we would know whether we needed any further action. Throughout the procedure she talked to me and helped me understand what she was seeing. I felt surprisingly relaxed considering the investigation! Thanks so much for making this potentially horrible experience very easy and super quick - honestly took 10minutes max. You are a credit to your profession.

I was referred to the Royal London hospital for a colposcopy after a negative smear, I suffer with anxiety and get in a panic with smear tests / examinations etc. Anna completely put me at ease and within minutes it was over before I knew it had began! Anna is patient and kind and didn’t mind how many questions I asked. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel completely comfortable and I left on a positive note. Thank you Anna, I wish they were all like you!
