I am so impressed by Anna's compassion and reliability with keeping me up to date. It's as if she's a friend and not my dedicated nurse. Following my face-to face meeting with Anna, I came away wanting to do more for cancer than just donating each month. I can't give details yet, but suffice to say that Anna has demonstrated the essence of professionalism, calmness, knowledge and friendship. This cannot be learned from books, but from experience on another level. Michael Kenwright.
