I am so impressed by Anna's compassion and reliability with keeping me up to date. It's as if she's a friend and not my dedicated nurse. Following my face-to face meeting with Anna, I came away wanting to do more for cancer than just donating each month. I can't give details yet, but suffice to say that Anna has demonstrated the essence of professionalism, calmness, knowledge and friendship. Anna is one of the greatest people of NHS/MacMILLAN. In my darkest hours of being diagnosed with bowel cancer she was there..always with a smile, ready to help with everything, giving the best support she could, a life saver. It was a very difficult period of my life, getting diagnosed with cancer and all. Anna was always there offering me support day by day on a very professional basis, even if it was by phone or e-mail. For that, i will be always grateful to her and her team. They are really life savers. Without their help I do not know if I will be still here today.
