My child was seen to quickly when came onto the ward as he was very poorly. Staff responded quickly to his needs, they were very caring of him and ensured that he remained comfortable during his stay.

Support staff very kind and ensured that you had plenty to drink.
Both nursing staff and doctors were quick to respond when initially admitted as child quite poorly when arrived onto the ward.

My stay on the Kingston ward was unexpected but I felt well cared for and the staff were lovely
The waiting times I experienced in A&E and AAU made a horrible day very long and stressful and it seemed that the staff were rushed off their feet. I was forgotten about when I was in the seating area in AAU for two hours due to miscommunication. The level of care on the Kingston ward was wonderful which redeemed my view of Yeovil Hospital
