My stay on the Kingston ward was unexpected but I felt well cared for and the staff were lovely The waiting times I experienced in A&E and AAU made a horrible day very long and stressful and it seemed that the staff were rushed off their feet. I was forgotten about when I was in the seating area in AAU for two hours due to miscommunication. The level of care on the Kingston ward was wonderful which redeemed my view of Yeovil Hospital
