The staff were great. Very kind and caring. The only improvement I could recommend is getting the discharge information sooner as we had to sit and wait for an hour after being told could leave just to get a piece of paper.

Really Caring nurses and both parents were allowed to stay.
It took quite a lot of time from arriving in the ambulance to be seen by the paediatrician (about 3 hrs), by which time our son just wanted to sleep but I know this is to do with pressures on the hospital rather than anything that could be improved.

Lovely and wonderful time and stay on the Kingston wing however the discharge from time of being given the all clear from consultant to getting medications could have been faster and feel I was taking up unnecessary space .
