Really Caring nurses and both parents were allowed to stay. It took quite a lot of time from arriving in the ambulance to be seen by the paediatrician (about 3 hrs), by which time our son just wanted to sleep but I know this is to do with pressures on the hospital rather than anything that could be improved.
