-All staff were caring and considerate.
-Very minor for me but those more sensitive, worried or scared about their procedure may have been more concerned when the first thing said was the wrong procedure!! This was quickly revised and confirmed so no issue - just a point to be 100% sure of the procedure! She was brilliant otherwise.

Everyone was warm and friendly, which helped put me more at ease, as I was quite anxious about it all. Everything was explained to me and I was made aware the procedure could be stopped for a while if it became uncomfortable but it was ok! The waiting was nerve wracking but I realise this can't be helped but otherwise I can't think of an improvement.
