-All staff were caring and considerate. -Very minor for me but those more sensitive, worried or scared about their procedure may have been more concerned when the first thing said was the wrong procedure!! This was quickly revised and confirmed so no issue - just a point to be 100% sure of the procedure! She was brilliant otherwise.
