Been here a further hour since I last wrote. Have not been seen and mud still on floor.
30 minutes ago also reported blood on toilet seat, still there. Also have photographic evidence of it. 07926780595.

Staff friendly and supportive.
Ward noisy - patients using their phones is problematic and I feel it wouldn't be a bad idea to have some signs up about being aware of mother resting. I understand it it difficult/impossible to believe but it felt rather like like listening to a soap opera on high volume making it really difficult to rest.

All staff friendly, courteous and very supportive and helpful.
All staff introduced themselves and their role.
I was made to feel comfortable as soon as arriving on ward and felt I could ask any questions.
Thank you all! - A great support for myself, husband and new son!
