Staff friendly and supportive. Ward noisy - patients using their phones is problematic and I feel it wouldn't be a bad idea to have some signs up about being aware of mother resting. I understand it it difficult/impossible to believe but it felt rather like like listening to a soap opera on high volume making it really difficult to rest.
