Nothing could be improved. I received the best of care from the doctors and nurses second to none thank you.
All staff, very friendly, hard working, helpful, didn't hurry patients who had questions/problems. Explained everything that was happening.
A relaxed atmosphere made my stay in hospital much easier ordeal.
Everybody was very helpful and kind, especially with an elderly lady with dementia, they were very good. I haven't any complaints.

Day staff nurses were very good, kind and knowledgeable, always eager to help.
Night staff were forgetful and a no care attitude was present in a few.
IV machine were left with the alarm sounding for 15-20 mins keeping patients awake. I had to use a mobile phone screen for illumination so that a nurse could set up my IV machine because no bulb above in my cubicle still no bulbs after constant requests!
Very help- ful staff.
- Excellent team work.. How people in different uniforms worked together/helped each other out...if a member of staff called away someone else immediately covered their work.
- Sensitivity to patients in discomfort and pain.
- Timely response to patients requests eg bottles, toileting, medication, drinking water (ice was a nice touch)
- Treating all patients as unique individuals and tuning into their specific needs.
Nursing staff being appropriately assertive with disruptive patient leaning to win/win.
- Regular cleaning/mopping of floors and toilets (on couple of occasions toilets were dirty but would need to be monitored every 10 minutes to avoid this)
- Staff very discrete about personal conversions
- Meals were good in general (Toast would be really nice at breakfast!)
