Even though all staff on each shift were extremely busy dealing with a variety of issues, they remained on the whole kind and considerate. It was difficult at times to listen to some patients being extremely rude to staff; after all they are helping the patient, The catering staff were very pleasant serving meals tea etc. The wards were reasonably clean and I noted the floor was cleaned each morning. I appreciate not everyone has a positive experience of the Trust but with pressures on staff things get missed. No one is perfect
