My therapist was very friendly she listened to me.
She explained that the feelings I was experiencing are normal so that was reasurning as I suffer with severe health anxiety I’m hoping talking therapy will help me think differently but I’m worried that I have been this way too long for it to change for the better. But my therapist is confident it can happen

Excellent therapist. Listened and absorbed what I was saying. I felt comfortable saying what exactly was in my head. Then provide me with the skills and knowledge to deal with my issues.
