My therapist was very friendly she listened to me. She explained that the feelings I was experiencing are normal so that was reasurning as I suffer with severe health anxiety I’m hoping talking therapy will help me think differently but I’m worried that I have been this way too long for it to change for the better. But my therapist is confident it can happen

This is all new to me so it’s too early to answer that question. But all seems to be doing ok so far
