I had two appointments with [name removed]-head of audiology-who was delightful. Very approachable, welcoming and professional. She gave me confidence in wearing a hearing aid for the first time and explained the hearing loss, tinnitus condition and the use of hearing aids in a very understandable & kind manner. It was a pleasure meeting her & her colleague [name removed].

I was very satisfied with the service I received at King Edwards VII this month.

[name removed] was an incredible therapist adapting the sessions to meet my needs. She listened, cared and encouraged with huge amounts of empathy and compassion. Although my condition was not typical depression or anxiety, it was hormonally triggered, she totally understood and reassured me. Not many people understand PMDD, thank you for understanding.
