I had two appointments with [name removed]-head of audiology-who was delightful. Very approachable, welcoming and professional. She gave me confidence in wearing a hearing aid for the first time and explained the hearing loss, tinnitus condition and the use of hearing aids in a very understandable & kind manner. It was a pleasure meeting her & her colleague [name removed].

I was very satisfied with the service I received at King Edwards VII this month.
