I was seen quickly and greeted in a friendly kind Manor.
The nurses and doctor who treated me were kind and supportive.
I was very impressed with the department it felt like a private hospital.
If I ever had to receive treatment again I would be reassured that I would be looked after in a caring way.

I think his name was Dan - the emergency paramedic. Very helpful and reassuring with my anxious 7 year old. Who put him at ease.

It would have been good to know that they weren’t doing any more x rays when we got there! But was able to come back first thing in the morning and get an x ray without waiting too long.

The value of Community Hospitals.
The extent of their opening hours.
Good access and car parking.
When I attended I had to wait less than an hour.
Above all the care, communication and experience of the staff.
Suggested improvements
I should have asked more about what I should do over the next few weeks and whom to contact about it.
(Having been told that my GP surgery couldn’t treat me and I didn’t want to go to A&E at the JR.)
