The value of Community Hospitals. The extent of their opening hours. Good access and car parking. When I attended I had to wait less than an hour. Above all the care, communication and experience of the staff.

I should have asked more about what I should do over the next few weeks and whom to contact about it. (Having been told that my GP surgery couldn’t treat me and I didn’t want to go to A&E at the JR.)
