Dealt with promptly on admission. Very friendly staff and caring. Only downpoint was being forgotten when we returned for another lots of antibiotics the next day. Overall very good treatment_ better than the JR!!

A very friendly, welcoming, and professional entrance to the wards. Tests were carried out professionally and quickly. Caring and professional and clear information given to patient and family member. Consideration of patients needs and allowed to go home with family member having been given reassurance about calling emergency numbers if any change occurred. All staff exceptional, including ambulance service. Environment and colours and decor of the ward conducive to positive attitude- couldn't have had better care.

From the moment mum came into the unit I was extremely impressed with the care and courtesy that was given to mum and myself. This service is outstanding and other units could learn a lot from here! Thank you all.
