A very friendly, welcoming, and professional entrance to the wards. Tests were carried out professionally and quickly. Caring and professional and clear information given to patient and family member. Consideration of patients needs and allowed to go home with family member having been given reassurance about calling emergency numbers if any change occurred. All staff exceptional, including ambulance service. Environment and colours and decor of the ward conducive to positive attitude- couldn't have had better care.
