My appointment was on time and the staff were very efficient and friendly.
The only issue was that I had not received a letter to tell me what my appointment was for, since I only received a text 5 days previously this May, however, be due to the postal service.

I was treated promptly with courteous attention in the A & E and the A & E xray department.
I was given clear instructions and the whole process, from checking in just after 7am to my discharge was just over 2 hours. I was most impressed.

From the time I arrived at A&E I had the best attention, treatment and consideration I could have had. The staff were excellent in both keeping me informed and the execution of their duties. I could not fault my experience and would like to thank all concerned.

It started badly in October, I was given an appointment at 9:15 am in December this was changed to 9:30. I actually went to meet with the consultant at 10:10.
However, after that I couldn't fault the care I received from the Dr and the nurse.
