Permanent staff were professional and friendly. Agency less so. I was fed and watered well and wanted for nothing. Would have liked more opportunity for "re-briefing" just before discharge. Would have liked more certainty over future and available monitoring for my condition.

The staff are very attentive to the patients concerns and fears and act as fast as they can to immediate concerns. They are jolly and do all their best to make the patients feel as comfortable as can possibly be.
