The service is extremely good, everyone works hard - most specially the ward head nurse Mr Septimiv Aftan. I hope we can keep them forever NHS needs personnel like them.

All the staff on the ward were polite and courteous. They were also very kind, caring and helpful. The food was not great. Sometimes it was cold and even-uncooked (jacket potatoes).

- Everyone was kind and helpful. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process.
- It wasn't made clear that I could have attended this particular appointment by myself and my mother traveled 100 miles to support me unnecessarily!
