Staff were very nice and friendly.
Excellent care. Can't think of what could be improved.
Staff good to me. No complaints.
Nurses and doctors very good care and am happy staying this ward.
The staff were very good at all times but under pressure.
More information from the medical staff to explain the treatment, and reasons for moving wards proper and fuller assessment. In AAUI don't move patient because they need the bed before a treatment plan is provided.
Staff are great most traumatic experience is waiting time, I have visit at A and E whipps 3 times in the last fortnight with visits lasting 7 hours and 12 hours and am again in A and E awaiting treatment, it seems to me the majority of patients are over 65 many very much older to frail, could I therefore suggest waiting rooms and doctors dedicated to an older group as you already have in place for children, many elderly patients have dementia or had falls and need specialist help.
I receive second hard information.
The caring nature of the staff. Prompt help of the staff, and encouragement that was given in order to eat and stay positive.
