Rita Okuampofo was a fantastic nurse on duty with a lovely bubby and caring personality. The NHS need to train more staff to her standard as this is where you get the most vulnerable people.
Day and night nurses were considerate of my health/status and I appreciated that it wasn't discussed fully during changeover. "Procedure" good phrase to use.
I have had the most amazing care and consideration- from every member of staff.
The generosity of time and patience the staff have given me on a ward that is so busy is far beyond any one's expectations.
Under pressure they have been calm always helpful and always with a smile. There are so many people who I wish to thank but suffice to say my deep gratitude to Famedla and Martina, Karen ,Dorina, Tina, T.T, Kite the new lady Dr. Ferkes Kalu, Wiolata, Rita and Dan. Please forgive me for all the names I cannot remember.
The nurses done an excellent job in looking after me.
Great yes.
The nurses and support workers were patient and kind. Very professional with a personal touch. Improvement in wait time for TTAs.
Nurses and people working in the team were helpful and every time I had a question they were happy to answer them.
