Firstly proudly said that all the nurses and staff are very helpful. The best service I had. Specially Ms. Regina and Amina plus all others. Also serving meals was extremely high quality Dr Amersy has given me highly examine.
*W.C. facility is poor that need to be upgraded. Thank.
Even nurse was so nice, made me feel very cared for. Wonderful.
-Extremely pleasant environment.
-Good checks, timely and thorough.
-Good tips and advice - e.g diabetes nurse.
-Information sharing more timely e.g when visitor is in (next of kin) - not having to wait so long for update/clearing. Should be as per your own statement i.e before 5 pm.
-Discharge process to be quicker!!! Can be easily done!!
You really do need to get a TV in the room when you have to wait your already anxious and nervous. it takes your mind off the worry of what you're having done.
You shouldn't waste money on things you don't need.
Friendly, informative, helpful.
The staff and the service was excellent and they were very helpful.
Promptly seen to.
Very professional.
Care was very good 10=10.
Everyone from triage to Mulberry Ward was amazing. Very competent and professional but also respectful of my pains. (Pausing when I had a contraction) and choices.
(No judgement made when I opted for an epidural and they explained to me the implications before proceeding). Very caring.
Overall, an amazing birth experience.
Thank you in particular to Maria and Funke!
Friendly staff. Good service.
